Back & Sciatic Pain

Back pain and sciatica are among the most disruptive conditions we treat. It causing sharp, shooting pain that can radiate from your lower back all the way down through your leg and into your foot.

Arm & Shoulder Pain

Pain, weakness, or tingling in the arm or shoulder can originate from the neck, the shoulder joint itself, or a compressed nerve — and the source matters enormously when choosing the right treatment.

Our team pinpoints exactly where your pain is coming from and delivers targeted care, whether that means a guided injection, a nerve procedure, or a structured therapy program tailored to your needs.

Arm and Shoulder Pain

Leg, Hip & Foot Pain

Hip stiffness, knee pain, ankle injuries, and foot discomfort from accidents, sports injuries, or everyday wear can make every step a challenge — and the cause is often more complex than where it hurts.

Our board-certified specialists evaluate the full lower extremity, offering same-day appointments, fluoroscopy-guided injections, PRP, and minimally invasive care across seven DFW clinics.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to be seen for leg or hip pain?

No referral needed. Call us 214-782-9222, book appointment online, and we’ll get you in — usually same day or next day.

How do I know if my pain needs a specialist or if it'll go away on its own?

If it’s been going on for more than a few weeks, is getting worse, or is affecting your sleep and daily routine, then don’t wait. Pain that lingers usually has a reason behind it, and finding that reason early makes treatment much simpler.

Will you just give me medication and send me home?

No. Medication alone is rarely the answer, and we don’t treat it that way. Our focus is on finding what’s actually causing your pain and fixing that — through targeted procedures, therapy, or a combination of both.

What if I've already had imaging done somewhere else?

Bring it with you or have it sent over before your visit. We’ll review everything you already have so we’re not starting from scratch and you’re not repeating tests unnecessarily.

What areas of the body do you treat?

We treat pain in neck, back, shoulders, arms, hips, knees, legs, and feet. If it hurts and it’s affecting your quality of life, we can evaluate it.

Is your treatment approach the same for everyone?

Not at all. Every plan is built around your specific diagnosis, your lifestyle, and your goals. Two people with the same condition can end up with very different treatment plans depending on their situation.
