Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you serve in North Texas?
In our clinics, we regularly evaluate patients from across the Dallas–Fort Worth region. Our primary service areas include Farmers Branch, Allen, Arlington, Lancaster, Mesquite, Frisco, and Fort Worth. If you are outside these cities, you can still request an appointment. We will help you choose the location that fits your symptoms and your schedule.
Do I have to live near a CSC clinic to be seen?
In our practice, we see many people who drive in because they want a clear diagnosis and a plan. If your pain has been on and off, or it keeps changing, that is common. We start with a focused exam and a review of what you are feeling. Then we outline the next steps, including options covered in our non-surgical spine treatments.
Can you see me the same day if I am coming from another city?
Yes, when same-day openings are available, we can often evaluate you quickly. When you request a visit, tell us your main symptoms and how long you have had them. That helps us plan the right length of visit. You can also review our clinicians before you come in through our team, so you know who may guide your care.
What problems do you commonly treat for patients who travel to you?
We commonly evaluate pain and injury issues that affect daily function. Patients often come to us for:
- Neck pain, headaches, and related symptoms through head and neck pain management.
- Low back pain that can be related to a herniated disc.
- Head symptoms after a crash, including concussion care.
What should I expect at my first visit?
When you come in, we focus on getting clear answers without guesswork. In most first visits, we:
- Listen to your story and symptoms.
- Perform a focused physical exam.
- Review any prior records you bring.
- Explain what we think is driving the pain.
- Map your next steps, including conservative options first. If you have nerve symptoms, we may discuss testing options.
When do you recommend EMG testing for numbness, tingling, or weakness?
In our practice, we may recommend EMG testing when symptoms suggest nerve irritation and the pattern is not clear from the exam alone. This can help us understand which nerve is involved and guide treatment choices. If it fits your case, we will explain why and what the test checks. You can read more about it in EMG testing.
