What We Offer
Surgery
When we say comprehensive, we mean it. Our medical practice offers different solutions for our patients, depending on their pain management needs. We have a full staff of experienced surgeons available to perform both minimally invasive or more complex lumbar, cervical, or other types of procedures.
Non-Surgical Procedures
Surgery is not always the right, nor the only, solution for certain types of pain conditions and our team knows that. With us, our patients can explore other non-surgical treatments like injections, epidurals, neurotomies, sedation and other types of therapies that can help and support their healing.
Orthopedic Care
CSC focuses on musculoskeletal conditions from neck, back, arm, leg, and spine pain. We care for patients of all ages, ranging from sport and everyday injuries to car accidents. We specialize in orthopedic care because pain management requires the most accurate diagnosis, with proper evaluation of both surgical and non-surgical treatments.

What Are Your Symptoms?
Neck Pain
Seek pain management for neck pain including tension headaches and migraines resulting from traumatic injuries, workplace injuries, and other conditions. Learn more about neck pain and its possible causes.
Back Pain
Common back pain causes include injuries, Sciatica, muscle spasms, strains, and other conditions. Pain or discomfort in any of the five vertebrae of the lumbar spine can be detrimental to your everyday mobility and function. For back pain management and treatments, learn more about what’s causing your pain.
Arm Pain
Arm pain or discomfort are often signs of other conditions or injuries. Traumatic events and degenerative conditions are most commonly related to arm and neck pain. For proper diagnosis and treatment, see a doctor about your symptoms.
Leg Pain
Leg pain can result from lower back or lumbar spine injuries or conditions. Often times when you are feeling leg pain, it is from stress on your lumbar spine where most of your body weight is supported. Everyday strains or sprains such as lifting heavy objects at home or work, intense physical movement can lead to lower back and leg pain. Visit a doctor to discuss your symptoms and proper treatment today.
Traumatic Brain Injury
TBI is a result of a severe injury to your head, such as car accidents, sports injuries, falls, and other high-risk accidents that can lead to brain dysfunction. If your head has a hard impact, it can cause your brain to slam against your skull leading to internal bleeding from torn tissue and vessels. Symptoms will vary depending on the severity of the impact. If you or a loved one has suffered from TBI, visit a doctor to examine your symptoms and start immediate treatment.
