Spine Orthopedics
in Dallas

Neck or back pain shouldn’t derail work, sport, or sleep. We pinpoint the pain source (disc, nerve, facet/SI, muscle) and build a function-first plan that moves you forward. When appropriate, we use fluoroscopy-guided procedures for precision. If imaging is indicated, we coordinate with independent centers only when results will change management.

Care, Simplified

Why early care matters

Early, exam-led plans reduce flare-ups, protect nerves and joints, and cut downtime. We set guardrails (what
to do / avoid), start targeted relief, and map milestones so you see steady progress—not stop-start frustration.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer same-/next-day appointments?

Yes—call early and we’ll do our best to see you today or tomorrow. We triage symptoms on the phone, give safe do/don’t guidance, and aim to start a right-sized plan at your first visit so you’re not waiting weeks to get moving again.

Will I have a copay or any upfront costs?

For eligible personal-injury/LOP cases, we typically arrange care with no upfront cost. For commercial insurance, standard copays/coinsurance may apply per your plan. We’re transparent about costs before care so there are no surprises—ask our team when you book.

Do you have bilingual staff?

Yes. Our team is bilingual (English / Español) and can help with scheduling, visit instructions, and treatment plans. If you prefer Spanish for your visit or paperwork, tell us when you book so we can match you with the right staff.

Do I need an MRI right away?

Usually not. We begin with a focused exam and coordinate imaging only when results will change management (e.g., progressive neurologic deficit, suspected structural compression, or stalled progress). This keeps care efficient and avoids unnecessary tests.

How do injections help—are they required?

They’re not required. Most patients start with conservative care. When pain blocks progress or diagnosis needs clarity, fluoroscopy-guided injections can target inflamed nerves or joints, creating a window for rehab. They’re tools within a broader plan—not the whole plan.

When can I return to work or sport?

We use criteria, not the calendar: pain control, range, strength, clean movement patterns, and tolerance of graded load. You’ll see a clear step-up plan so capacity and confidence build together—returning durably, not just quickly.
