Isaac Bolaños, PA-C

Isaac Bolaños is a nationally board certified Physician Associate with and emphasis in Orthopedic Spine Surgery, Trauma Orthopedic Surgery, and General Orthopedics. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Health Science from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee and then earned a Master of Health Science in Physician Associate Studies at the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine. Isaac is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Phat Truong, PA-C

Phat Truong is a nationally board certified Physician Associate. He completed his Bachelor of Sciences in Biology from University of Texas – Arlington and then earned his Master of Medical Science in Physician Associate at Mercer COPHS in Atlanta, Georgia. Phat is bilingual speaking fluent Vietnamese and English. When he’s not working, Phat enjoys playing soccer, watching movies and spending time with his family.

Kassi McElroy, M.M.S, PA-C

Kassi is a nationally board certified Physician Associate. She first obtained her bachelor’s degree in Cardiopulmonary science from East Tennessee State University. She worked as a critical care Respiratory Therapist for seven years. After completing her Masters of Medical Science at Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine she moved to north Dallas to pursue her career as a Physician Associate. Kassi has been practicing since 2014. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling.

Any Chacko, NP

Mrs. Any Chacko is an American nurse credentialing center certified advanced practice nurse. She is a member of American nurses Association. She completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Christian Medical College, Vellore, India. She moved to United States in the year 2004. She worked as a nurse in the acute care neurosurgery department of Parkland hospital for almost twelve years.

After completing her Master’s degree in nursing, Family nurse practitioner program from university of Texas at Arlington, she joined comprehensive spine center. She treats patients with musculoskeletal injuries, arthritis, sprain and strain, spine injuries etc. in collaboration with her supervising physician.

She believes in holistic care approach. She provides safe, effective and quality care to patients. She assures that her patients receive passionate care and healing touch in a profession that is becoming more high tech day by day.

She enjoys her work. She loves spending time with her family. She has two children. She loves cooking, gardening and traveling.

Julienne Bacani-Cruz MSN, RN, AGPCNP-BC

Julienne is a board certified nurse practitioner, specializing in the care of the adult and geriatric population. She first obtained her bachelor of science in nursing from Baylor University, then received her master of science in nursing and nurse practitioner education at the University of Texas at Arlington. Before working as a nurse practitioner, she spent almost ten years working as a registered nurse in critical and intensive care units, including neurosurgical intensive care. She is a member of the North Texas Nurse Practitioner Association as well as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons.
